2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account.
3. Courses and content
We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal learning. Do not redistribute or reverse engineer course content.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by trusted third parties. Refunds may be requested within 7 days if less than 20% of content has been consumed.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in behavior that endangers others. Practice riding in legal, safe environments and within your limits.
6. Disclaimers
Motorcycling carries risk. We provide education, not guarantees. You are responsible for applying skills appropriately and complying with local laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quartzframe MotoCare is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect users and the platform.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email where possible.
